From July 8 to 12, the best cyclists aged 15 to 18 years from Quebec, Canada, the United States and Colombia will hit the roads of the Rimouski region for the sixth edition of Tour de la relève internationale de Rimouski.

A High-Quality Competition

Spectators will have the opportunity to enjoy close views of very high-quality races during select stages. This year, Tour de la relève internationale de Rimouski presents five stages over five days, in a small-scale Tour de France format. Athletes in the men and women Cadet categories (15-16 years old) and women Junior category (17-18 years old) will take part in the event. The cyclists will have to excel in a team time trial, a point-to-point road race, an individual time trial, a criterium, and an urban circuit road race including five strenuous climbs of Avenue de la Cathédrale, which is the queen stage of the event. The demanding routes will give the athletes the opportunity to truly experience an international-level cycling race and the people of the Rimouski area the privilege to witness impressive sporting achievements.
